The Wonderful World of Lemonade

Lemonade Poetry

Lemonade
Lemonade, o lemonade
The citrus drink that's lemon-made
You ease my fears when I'm afraid
You help me daily, lemon aid

Lemonade
Suckling, sipping on this citron drink
As the fall days wane, I sit and think
Wrapped once each morn in the Sun's blonde rays
Entranced, we were, in a lemon daze

But the nights grow brisk, the leaves change hue
As the seasons turn, so life does, too
Yea the halcyon times have come and past
Like the warmth of July, gone too fast
